• We’re only able to help residents who live in the ward of Plaistow (check who your Councillors are)
• The appointment will be with Alisa and/or Tony depending on availability
• After submitting the form, we will come back to you with a proposed time slot. Appointments are only confirmed when a date and time is finalised.
